You won’t find a pushy sales person here at Willis. Our pricing for your lawn starts with a conversation. You’ll work with one of our friendly lawn care specialists to customize a price for your specific needs. But you probably want to have some rough idea of what your lawn care will cost before calling. Below are some common prices per lot size.
Small Lot
This estimated average pricing is for small lots roughly 1/4 acre or less. Typically these are large development projects where hundreds of houses are built in the same timeframe.
Small/Medium Lot
This estimated pricing is for lots still small but a littler bit bigger than those above. These are typically corner lots or slightly more spacious urban neighborhoods.
Medium/Large Lot
This estimated average pricing is for lots roughly a half acre in size. These are typically more spacious urban neighborhoods or suburban neighborhoods but still under an acre.
Big ol’ Lot
This estimated pricing is for very large lots around an acre or a little below in size. These are typically found in suburban areas.
