Here at Willis Lawn Services we think most lawn guarantees are bad for you and good for the lawn companies. We want to change that with our 100% money-back guarantee. We’ll never ask you to sign a contract or agreement. If you think we’re terrible, you can get rid of us at any time with a refund.

What’s eligible?
Your full experience is eligible, including:
- Weeds in the lawn
- Didn’t respond in timely manner
- Messed up billing
- Didn’t notify you before coming
- Scheduling issues
- Didn’t do what you asked
How much money?
We will reimburse you for up to 12 months starting at your most recent renewal.
For example, if you have been a customer for 3 years and redeem our guarantee in June of your fourth year with us, we will reimburse anything you paid starting January of the current year through June.
What’s required?
We reserve the right to remedy an issue up to 3 times. To redeem the guarantee there must be 3 recorded instances.
If the issues you are experiencing are unrelated, there must be 5 recorded instances of issues within the last 12 months in order to redeem the guarantee.
