With us, you don’t sign a contract or agreement. If you think we’re terrible you can get rid of us at any time.
We think we should be able to keep you each year by delight, rather than by contract.
Your entire experience is eligible against our guarantee.
Here are a few examples:
- weeds in the lawn
- unhappy with lawn overall
- poor workmanship
- didn’t answer our phones/return your call in a reasonable timeframe (as set by you)
- didn’t respond to an email
- messed up billing
- didn’t notify you properly before coming
- scheduling issues
- didn’t do what you asked
How much money back?
We will reimburse you up to 12 months starting at your most recent renewal.
For example; If you’ve been a customer for 3 years and redeem our guarantee in June of your fourth year with us, we will reimburse you anything you paid us starting January of the current year through June.
We reserve the right to remedy each issue up to 3 times. There must be 3 recorded instances of an issue to redeem the guarantee. Or, if issues are unrelated, there must be 5 recorded issues within the last 12 months.
